i’m not tryna be divisive, i’m jus sayin - we need to get our propers, too. if anything, mexicans (and latinos in general) and filipinos (and asian + pacific islanders in general) ought to build upon this history as lesson to continue solidarity work in support of one another because, as immigrant and displaced peoples, we have more in common than we have in difference. SI SE PUEDE, indeed!
